Useful information
ProLysa® is a unique method of removing individual hairs from the face or any other part. Our medical device completely destroys the growth center of the hair permanently with special thermal energy. After inserting a very fine wire into the hair follicle, the hair is removed with tweezers. The method is completely safe and effective, it targets the hair follicle under the skin, not the pigment, so this treatment is suitable for different types of hair and skin. It is also a great supplement to laser hair removal. You can find out more about laser hair removal here.
We use the technology to remove hair from all parts of the body, including the face and neck. It is unique in that it can be used successfully on all skin types, it is also very fast and effective for the permanent removal of gray hairs.
Every body behaves differently, so at Hairless we approach each client individually by developing a personal program that will determine the number of necessary procedures to achieve the best possible results. A minimum of 3 treatments are required for initial hair removal.
Treatment lengths vary depending on the size of the area. It takes place by removing individual hairs. Each body has a different hair density, therefore it is very difficult to determine the average length of treatments.
The interval between individual repetitions is on average 4 weeks.
Another benefit is the removal of skin inflammations associated with ingrown hairs or problems associated with shaving such as pigment spots, scars and others.
Our method of permanent hair removal is so innovative that there is no health risk or side effects. Our employees have regular security checks and training, they know the rules perfectly.
Before treatment
- The treatment is not suitable for pregnant women.
- If you suffer from any other health condition, such as varicose veins, pigment spots and others, it is necessary to mention this at the initial consultation.
- If you are taking antibiotics, you need to wait 7 days for the procedure after taking the last dose.
- Avoid the sun for 7 days before the treatment and do not use self-tanning cream.
- Facial epilation with a needle can be performed on the 7th day after the last use of acids (note AHA, BHA, PHA).
- Sauna, hot water, sports, contact with chlorine water are not recommended on the day of treatment.
Come to the treatment unshaved. The hairs must be at least 2-3 mm grown. Do not pull out hairs, e.g. with tweezers even in between treatments.
After treatment
Hair growth consists of three phases: growth, transitional and resting. When we destroy the hair follicle in the growth phase, the hair disappears forever. Some follicles may be in a resting phase. Therefore, treatments are done repeatedly.
Follicles in the resting phase can be activated again by hormones (e.g. during menopause or pregnancy) even after treatment. At Hairless, we strive to achieve the best possible results by tailoring the entire process.
- Avoid the sun for 7 days after treatment or use a protection factor of at least 50+SPF with reapplication after 2 hours.
- On the 7th day after the facial treatment, you can continue using acids (note AHA, BHA, PHA)
Regular hydration of the skin is recommended.
