Item must be unused and in original packaging. Gift cards are non-refundable. As soon as you decide that you want to exchange or return the goods, please let us know. You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

After receiving and checking the goods, we will send you a notification email. Your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied in the way you chose within 7 business days.

It may take some time for your refund to be officially sent. If you have not received a refund, contact us at the e-mail address obchod@hairless.sk.

We only accept items that have arrived broken and unused. For this reason, contact us immediately after receiving the package. Write to us at obchod@hairless.sk. Please include your order number, a picture of the damaged item and let us know if you would like an exchange or refund.
